The 2025 AIA Dayton Focus on Design Awards Celebration recognizes Miami Valley architecture firms that produce quality and high-performance design in adherence to the American Institute of Architect's 10 Principles of Livable Communities. The Awards celebration will showcase all the projects and then present and recognize the winners.
The Awards Celebration is being held at the new Benham's Grove Event Center, and a tour will be given at 5 PM prior to the cocktail hour for those wishing to see the changes that have occurred at Benham's Grove. Cocktail hour is from 6 - 7 PM, followed by dinner at 7 PM. The awards recognition program will begin at 7:30 PM. Each ticket purchase includes two drink tickets.
