Subsurface Information Models, (SIM), are digital replicas of physical below ground structures like utilities, voids and bedrock that can be surveyed above grade. Essentially the inverse of BIM.
Learning objectives include understanding what Subsurface Information Models (SIM) is and how to integrate it with BIM.
